Prof. (Dr.) Sanjib Kumar Das is Professor in the area of Accounting & Finance. Prof. Das completed Ph.D. from Utkal University in 1999 and has over 23 years of experience in teaching Commerce and Management courses at the post graduate level. His area of expertise is Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management and Security Analysis and Portfolio Management. He has contributed several research articles in National & International journals of repute and authored two books.

Dr. Samataray, has obtained his Ph.D. in Commerce from Lovely Professional University, His research areas are Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Research Methodology. His teaching areas include Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Business Research, and Accounting. He also mentors students in research projects and dissertations.With a strong academic and research orientation, he has published six research papers, out of which four are indexed in SCOPUS and two in UGC CARE journals. His research contributions focus on agri-fintech, e-markets, farmer empowerment, and digital transformation in rural finance.

Mrs. Swain has completed MBA from BPUT. Her interest areas include OB and HR. With more than 12 years of experience, she has taught at both UG and PG levels.

Mr. Pradhan has completed his M. Com from Dharanidhar University, Keonjhar and M. Phil from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore. He has 5 years of teaching experience, and his area of expertise is Finance & Accountancy. His teaching areas include Financial Accounting, Business Law, Business Taxation, Corporate Finance, and Security Analysis. He is pursuing PhD at Silicon University.

Dr. Dash, has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and 6 years of experience in Industry. He served with ICICI Bank as Zonal Audit & Sales Manager and with Max New York Life as Senior Sales Manager. His academic career started with Dhenkanal Autonomous College (as Guest Faculty), then Synergy Institute of Technology, Phulnakhara (as HOD, Department of Management), before joining USBM, Bhubaneswar in 2014. He teaches subjects like Marketing Management, Corporate Strategy, Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Retail Management.

Mr. Pattanaik is an MBA with specializations in HR & Marketing, a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Business Communication Specialist. With experience in Aviation Management, Travel and Tourism Industry, he helps students in capacity building and personality development. His Certifications include TTT Professional & Business Communication Specialist (Vskills, Govt. of India), Communicative English Trainer (Additional Skill Acquisition Programme, Kerela Govt.), Advanced International Soft Skills Certification Training, AICI (Indian School of Image Management, Mumbai), Personality Development Trainer (Indian Institute of Skill Development Training, Indore, MP), and British Council certified "CEFR C1- Advance" in English Proficiency Test. His areas of expertise include Soft Skills Training, Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Personality Development and Leadership & Training Methodologies.

Mrs. Pattanaik completed her post graduation degree from Utkal University. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience with both UG and PG levels. Her previous academic engagements include Ispat Autonomous college, Rourkela and Government Autonomous college, Rourkela. Her teaching areas are Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and International Economics. With a passion for teaching, she adopts innovative pedagogy to engage the young minds in complicated concepts.

Mr. Satya Ranjan Dhal, a seasoned academician and marketing professional, has over 18 years of rich experience in academia and industry. He currently serves as Assistant Professor in Marketing at United School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar. Mr. Dhal holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. He is pursuing PhD in Management under BPUT. His core expertise lies in Marketing. He is known for organizing management events, writing case studies, and delivering student-centric training sessions. He has presented papers at reputed platforms including IIM Raipur, and his research papers have been published in esteemed journals like The Utkal Business Review and Asian and Pacific Economic Review. In addition to his academic engagements, he has corporate training exposure through programs conducted by UTI Bank, Bajaj Allianz, and Bayer India, among others.

Mr. Pradhan has been working as an Asst. Professor of Marketing. His core areas of interest include sales, consumer behaviour, market research, and digital marketing. He has completed his MBA from BPUT. With expertise in developing client relationships and driving business growth, he is adept at understanding market trends and crafting effective strategies. He has used this expertise in the classroom not only as a method of learning, but also as a skill to develop as a marketing professional.

Ms. Behera has been teaching Marketing. Her Core area of interest include Sales, Business Research, Marketing Concepts, Consumer Behaviour, B2B Marketing, and Product Development. She has completed MBA from BPUT.

Mr. Saswat Swarup Tripathy is an Assistant Professor at USBM, holding an MBA from Parul University. He brings three years of academic experience supported by two years of industry exposure, beginning with digital marketing at Woodbox, followed by IndiaMART where he worked in retail and B2B sales and was promoted to client service. He later joined ICICI Bank as a Portfolio Manager, guiding clients in investment planning, strategy, asset selection, and portfolio construction.

He is certified in Agri-Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad and International Business, and has published two papers in the IJIRT International Journal. A State-level Kickboxing Gold Medalist and Powerlifting Silver Medalist, he exemplifies discipline, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both academics and personal achievement.

Dr. Laxmipriya Das has completed her Ph.D. in Management from Siksha ‘O’
Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, under the supervision of Prof.
R.P. Mohanty. Her research focuses on the dynamics of Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice (OJ), and Organizational Commitment (OC)
in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), with particular emphasis on faculty
development and human capital enhancement in the Indian academic context.
She has authored several research papers published in reputed national and international journals. Her academic work primarily explores the behavioral aspects of management, educational leadership, faculty performance, and institutional effectiveness. She has actively presented her research work at various academic conferences and seminars, where her empirical insights and conceptual contributions have been well received.

She was honored with the Best Paper Award at the National Conference held at Birla
Global University, Bhubaneswar, on 7th March 2020. The conference, themed
“Decision Science and Operations Management: Recent Trends and Development,” recognized her paper for its scholarly rigor and practical relevance.

In addition to her research credentials, she holds five years of teaching experience in
the field of Management, including three years at IBCS, SOA University, and two years at Bhavan’s Center for Communication & Management. During this time, she has taught core subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management.

Dr. Reddy has obtained a PhD in Computer Science and an MTech (CS) from KIIT University. His teaching areas are Database Engineering, Internet Technology, Data Warehousing, Data Mining and Programming Technology. His research areas include AI, ML, Deep Learning and Cyber Security. He has more than 14 years of rich experience in the corporate as well as academic areas.

Prof. Patro has completed MTech in Computer Science. He has 14 years of rich experience, teaching students of Management and Computer Science both at UG & PG levels. His subject areas include Database Management System, Web Technology, Cloud Computing, Big Data, PHP & Oracle. His research interest lies in Data Science, and Cloud Computing. At present he is also coordinating the Industry Interface cell of the college. He is pursuing PhD in Computer Science.

Mrs. Lubna has completed her M.phil in English from G.M.University and she has academic experience over 7 years in various colleges. Her areas of teaching include Business Communication, English Language and Literature, Communicative English, Phonetics and Soft Skills etc.

Prof. Nirupama Parida has completed B. Tech from Utkal University and M. Tech in Computer Science from CET, under BPUT. She has more than 13 years of experience in engineering colleges, teaching students of Computer Science at both UG and PG levels. She is pursuing Ph. D in NIT, Meghalaya. Her research interest lies in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Analytics.

Mr. Dash has been working as an Asst. Professor of Computer Science. He has obtained his MCA from Fakir Mohan University, NPTEL course in ‘Programming in Java’ and ‘O’ Level, & ‘A’ Level from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) (formerly DOEACC Society). He has more than seven years’ experience in Teaching UG and PG Students. His subject areas include C, C++, DS, JAVA, UNIX, PYTHON and he is also a full stack Java Developer. He is a recognised Academic Process Mining Expert certified by Celonis Academy.

Mrs. Nayak has more than 6 years of teaching experience both at UG and PG levels. She has obtained MTech from BPUT. Her expertise lies in C, C++, Data Structure, Algorithms, Python, Database, Computer Organization and Architecture, Web Technology, and Theory of Computation.

Mr Tripathy has obtained his MTech from Berhampur University. With more than 12 years of Teaching and 5 years of industry experience, he has taught both UG and PG students in various reputed colleges of Odisha. He is pursuing his PhD at XIM University. His research areas include Artificial Neural Networks in Embedded Systems. His teaching areas are Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering and Data Science. He is also certified as Ethereum Blockchain Developer.

Mrs. Rout has obtained her MTech from BPUT. She has 12 years of teaching experience in different colleges of Odisha teaching both at UG and PG levels. Her teaching areas include Operating System, Computer Architecture, Graphics, Software Engineering, and Computer Networks. Currently she is pursuing her PhD at KIIT DU. Her research interest lies in Image Processing and Neural Networks.

Mr Bera holds an MTech in Computer Science from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. His
academic journey is marked by notable achievements, including qualifying for the UGC NET, WBSET multiple times. With over seven years of teaching experience in teaching, he has effectively guided many students and fulfilled their academic aspirations. His teaching areas include Digital Logic & Design, Operating System, Computer Networks, Theory of Computation, Compiler Design, DBMS, Computer Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing.

Ms. Samanta has a Master’s degree in English. Her academic interests are focused on the study of gender and literature, focusing on women’s agencies, shifting gender roles, and performative feminism.She has certifications in soft skills training and communication development i.e certified British Council trainer. She specializes in designing and delivering modules on personality development, interpersonal communication, and workplace readiness.Her core strengths lie in effective communication, student engagement, empathy-driven instruction, and a learner-centered approach.

Ms Sonali Sadangi has obtained her M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). With over five years of academic and technical experience, she has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students and contributed to institutional digital management in reputable organisations, including RIE Bhubaneswar and others. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Computer Science at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University. Her research areas include Cybersecurity, Network Security, AI/ML, highway networks, and AIoT. Her teaching areas include Computer Networks, Python, Fortran, Cybersecurity, and emerging technological applications. She has also contributed extensively to the NCERT Common Entrance Examination Portal, Reviewer of content of DEEP(Kaishali) Govt of Odisha and has strengthened her expertise in educational technology systems.
