Dr. K.C. Nayak has been awarded PhD in Mathematics from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (Earlier known as North Orissa University) for his research study in Optimization in Multi-item Supply Chain Models: An Empirical with Heuristic Approach. He has obtainted MTech (Computer Science) from Biju Patnaik University Of Technology. MPhil (Mathematics) from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur, Chhatisgarh, MSc (Mathematics) from Berhampur University and MBA from Utkal University. Dr. Nayak has more than 15years experience in Teaching UG and PG students.Dr. Nayak attended four FDP and MDP programs from IIT, Kharagpur, IIT, Roorkee, IIM, Sambalpur in Mathematics, Research Methodology and Case Writing respectively.He teaches Subjects like Operation Research, Discrete Mathematics, Decision Science, Research Methodology, Numerical Methods, Quantitative Methods and Operation Management to UG & PG students.He has undertaken research study on Supply Chain Management, Fuzzy Logic and Soft Computing. His research findings and many articles published in Scopus, UGC Care and journals of National and International repute.He is a life member of ISTE, ORSI, Indian Science Congress, ISTAM and Odisha Mathematical Society. He has authored three books for Engineering and Management Students.
