Dr. Laxmipriya Das has completed her Ph.D. in Management from Siksha O
Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, under the supervision of Prof.
R.P. Mohanty. Her research focuses on the dynamics of Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice (OJ), and Organizational Commitment (OC)
in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), with particular emphasis on faculty
development and human capital enhancement in the Indian academic context.
She has authored several research papers published in reputed national and international journals. Her academic work primarily explores the behavioral aspects of management, educational leadership, faculty performance, and institutional effectiveness. She has actively presented her research work at various academic conferences and seminars, where her empirical insights and conceptual contributions have been well received.
She was honored with the Best Paper Award at the National Conference held at Birla
Global University, Bhubaneswar, on 7th March 2020. The conference, themed
Decision Science and Operations Management: Recent Trends and Development, recognized her paper for its scholarly rigor and practical relevance.
In addition to her research credentials, she holds five years of teaching experience in
the field of Management, including three years at IBCS, SOA University, and two years at Bhavans Center for Communication & Management. During this time, she has taught core subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management.
