Dr.Nandita Mohapatra is a dynamism personified with 14 years of rich experience in the world of teaching, corporate training and research. She has completed her Doctoral degree in Business Management from F.M.University.Her credentials are endorsed by MBA, MFC.
She has completed the Certified Evaluators’ Programme a workshop from XIMB, Bhubaneswar. She has also attended a 7 days Faculty Development programme on innovative teaching methodology from IIT, Kharagpur. Her contribution in teaching, learning and training students is praiseworthy.She has many presentation and publication in national and international Seminars and Conferences. She has also published many papers in listed journal.
She has taken several training sessions for various organisations both Government and Corporate Sectors.  To name a few Orissa Power Generation Company, Orissa Power Transmission Corporation Limited, Axis Bank, Jindal Steel ltd, Odisha Agriculture and Mining. Aditya Birla Group, Oriental Insurance Company to name a few. She is also a certified trainer to National entrepreneurship network and MSME,Odisha.
Her emphasis always remains alive for student’s skills improvement, re-skilling & up-skilling, very student loving & initiates keen interest for arranging & conducting various events to enhance students’ professionalism.She is a visiting faculty to BGU,Utkal university (MFC), KIIT University, BJB Auto College etc.
