She has 13 years of teaching experience in B Schools.
She worked as a Operational Manger in various stock broking organisation in Odisha .
As a operational manager her job included, handling day to day operation for client servicing, and maintaining the portfolio for the investor / customer (Financial Markets and Services).
She received the Ph.D. degree for her doctoral research work “Importance of E-Banking and CRM in Banks :- A comparative study on Private sector and Public sectors Indian Banks:- With special reference to 5 Districts of Odisha State”.
She has keen interest in research, and has published research paper UGC granted journals.
She is a Certified member of NSDL,NCFM,AFMI,,IRDA .
