Brief Profile

Mrs Sujata Das, (M Tech, MBA) Pursuing Ph.D at SOA University. She has more than 8 Years of teaching experience in different Engineering & management colleges, imparting Technical and Management papers to professionals for the enhancement of technical and managerial skills. She has the experience of teaching diverse courses in the domain of Human Resource and General Management which include Organizational Behaviour, Management Principles, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource planning, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc. She has a keen interest in Human resource management. She has published more than 15 number of research papers in International & National Journals. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor (HR) in United School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.
